The Bonnetless BONETTI BLY Valves are designed to meet the requirements of the main customers under the heaviest duties like Superheated Steam at very high temperature and pressure, Feed Water at high pressure, Vent and Drain at the typical conditions of Supercritical Cycles as well as Chemical Plants under high pressure, e.g. NH3 Synthesis and Petrochemical Installations.

This production features forged steel valves "Y" pattern.
Valve is "bonnet-less (yoke screwed outside of the body, is not a "pressure part").
Materials: ASTM A105, A182 F11, A182 F22, ASTM A182 F316 or special High Alloys (on request).
Seat: integral with welded Stellite Gr. 6
Disk: from ¼" to 1": Cr. Alloy or Stainless steel with welded Stellite Gr. 6
Available: Solid Stellite Gr. 6 Disk.
1½" and 2": Solid Stellite Gr. 6 Disk
Valves are available as Stop, Piston Check, Stop-Check and Flow Control.
Operating: Manual or Motor.

• S.W. according ASME B 16.11
• B.W. according ASME B 16.25
• B.W. acording DIN 3239
• Valve ends over 2" are B.W. only.
