PISTON VALVE RINGS
Our very long experience in manufacturing
Piston Valves permitted us to introduce, in 1994, a new Piston Valve Ring made of metal
alloys reinforced lamellar graphite. Their composition design and manufacturing have been
fixed after a long testing period in laboratories and in plants.
The features of these
rings are as follows:

- durable perfect tightness
- resistance to temperatures up to 550 ºC
- tightness at very low temperature (tested at -40 ºC)
- resistance to etching of process fluids
- practically one valve ring type for all fluids: no confusion
and reduction of spare stock
- low friction coefficient and consequently low torque valve
operation
- longer duration than any other material ring, therefore
maintenance free
- asbestos free
